ARTICLE VI - ANNUAL MEETING

6-1.0  The annual meeting of the members shall be held at such place as the Board of Directors shall determine in the notice of meeting.

6-2.0  Purposes for which an annual meeting is to be held, additional to those prescribed by law, and by these by-laws, may be specified by the President, or by one or more members who are entitled to vote at the meeting.
