ARTICLE V - VOTING  

5-1.0  Each active member present, that has the right to vote at a meeting of members, shall be entitled to one vote.  

5-2.0  No member may vote by proxy or absentee ballot. 

5-3.0  Upon motion duly made, seconded, and voted by a majority of members present and voting, the vote upon any question or election shall be cast by ballot.

5-4.0 Any eligible member may waive their right to vote on any matter.
