Call to Order: Lynn M. Stauffer, Secretary, welcomed all and began the meeting at 2:p.m. 

Don Update: Lynn Stauffer updated the members on Don Forry's progress since his August 13^th bicycling accident.  Don is currently in rehab at the HealthSouth facility in Reading.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes: The minutes of the September 20, 2006 meeting were distributed for review.  No action was taken.

Treasurer’s Report: None 

Business: 

Educational Opportunites: A general discussion was held on speakers for future meetings.  Gary Horning suggested Fuel Gas or Pipe Sizing.  Skip Cross mentioned that a representative for "Gas Tight" lives in Hunters Ridge.  He will contact for our January 17, 2007 meeting.  Skip mentioned that Industrial Housing is another good topic for a seminar.  Skip will contact Mark Conte and inquire whether he is available to attend a future LanCode meeting.  LanCode will hold a three-day 2006 IBC training session on January 30, 31 and February 1, 2206 at the Overlook Barn.  More details to follow.

 2006 I Codes: Members mentioned that December 31, 2006 is the deadline for adopting 2006 I Codes.

 ACCESSABILITY AUDIT BY L & I: A brief discussion was held on the accessibility audit.  Many municipalities have been audited and others have been notified that an audit will be performed in the near future. 

Berks County Code - ICC Professional Chapter: It was noted that the newly formed Berks County ICC Chapter is up and running. Don Forry assisted in the formulation of the new ICC chapter. LanCode was used as a model.
